In all cases, feel free to call the office instead of using our forms.
Storage of Information Submitted in Forms:
Submitted forms generate an email to our office containing the information you submit. This means your data is stored in our business email accounts. This data will be stored indefinitely unless you request its deletion.
3rd Party Data Sharing:
We do not share data with any 3rd parties other than Google Analytics which is needed to understand aggregated visitor behavior information, described below.

Our website hosting software uses one cookie to function properly. We also use Google Analytics to track site visits and visitor behavior. This is aggregated data, meaning we can’t link this information to an individual, but we can see that a person in Location A visited the site at 9pm, and viewed the home page, Social Media page, and Contact page. We have adjusted Analytics to anonymize IP Addresses. These cookies expire over a variety of time periods, from 10 minutes to 2 years.

We have no way of turning off the cookie functionality of our site - it’s built into our website hosting. However, you can adjust your web browser’s preferences to refuse cookies.
